Uses: no Basecamp services — talks the LEZ sequencer directly

Requirements

Basecamp: 0.2.1
Platform: macOS on Apple Silicon. 0.3.x also ships linux-amd64 and linux-arm64 payloads. The faucet’s are installed and loaded headlessly on every pull request; the swap’s are only verified present. Neither has run under the Basecamp GUI on Linux. 0.2.0 and earlier are darwin-arm64 only. No Windows.
Network: Public testnet only — no mainnet value moves through either app.
Signing: Unsigned — Basecamp checks the bytes against the index root hash, not the publisher.
Install order: Core module before its UI module — a UI module installed first will not load.
Repositories: Keep the default repository enabled — the swap's delivery_module dependency resolves from the official Logos repository, not from here.
